Is this you?

You might be here
because...

You're doing everything right, and you still feel like you're failing at all of it.

You keep waiting to feel like yourself again. It's been years.

You're running on empty, and every break you take wears off by dinner.

Someone asks what you do for fun, and your mind goes completely blank.

You love your family more than anything, and you still miss who you were.

So you try harder. Better routines, earlier mornings, one more podcast on being calmer. And every time it doesn't work, you take it as more proof that you're failing.

The hard part

You know something's off. But saying it out loud feels like failing the one job you signed up for.

You've spent so long holding everyone else up that you don't even know how to say "I'm not okay," or who you'd even say it to. I know how hard that is to accept. We're the ones who keep everyone else going, so what does it say about us if we admit we need help?

What if not being okay didn't mean you were failing? What if it meant you were finally paying attention?

The series

Three workshops.
Three steps closer to you.

Each workshop stands alone. Together, they're the full journey.

  • Question the standards you never chose, and what they've been costing you

Workshop

03·Who Am I Now?

Start finding yourself again

Sun 29 Nov, 8am to 10am Perth time (11am to 1pm Sydney)

See Workshop 3 in full

In this session

  • Put down the guilt that was never yours to carry
  • Find what matters to you now
  • Take your first step back to yourself

What nobody told you

You've been trying to fix something that was never broken.

It's not you.
It's a transformation.

What most mothers believe

"I should be able to handle this."

Other mums seem fine. You should be back to normal by now. So if you're struggling, you must be doing something wrong.

  • Keep it to yourself, because everyone else is coping
  • Wait for the old you to come back on her own
  • Fill every gap with more effort, more lists, more "self care"
What's actually happening

You're growing, not disappearing.

Becoming a mother changes your identity as much as adolescence did. Nobody gave you a map for it. These three workshops are that map.

  • It has a name, and once you know it, it stops feeling like failure
  • Your whole week changed. Your needs didn't.
  • The woman you were didn't vanish. She's still part of you, and you get to choose how much of her comes with you.

Why this is different

You don't need more information.
You need time to do the work.

There's a ton of information out there: books, podcasts, reels, advice from every direction. You've probably consumed plenty of it. Knowing more hasn't changed how you feel. Doing something with it will.

An information session

You listen, you nod, you go home.

  • Someone talks at you for an hour
  • You take notes you'll never read again
  • Back to real life, nothing has moved
A working session

You do the work, right there.

Short teaching, solo reflection, then small breakout rooms, so you're never put on the spot.

  • Real exercises, done live, not homework for later
  • Small breakout rooms to talk it through
  • You leave with something finished, in your own words

If your village is missing,
you can start building yours here.

We were never meant to do this alone. Most of us are raising children without the circle of women our mothers and grandmothers had. In these rooms you'll work alongside mothers who get it, and some of them might just become part of your village.

Learning doesn't change you. Action does. That's the only thing that moves the needle.

Your facilitator

I've been
where you are.

Founder and facilitator

Audrey Isautier

For fourteen years I was a professional competitive dancer. I won world titles, and danced and taught in more than 47 countries. Strong, fast, in control. That was me.

Then I became a mother, and that woman disappeared so quietly I didn't notice she was gone. I was sure I was failing, at motherhood, at marriage, at being me.

Nobody told me it had a name. When I finally learned it, everything shifted. I built this workshop to give you in two hours what took me years to find.

"This is who I trusted myself to be, before any of this. I've lived my own identity loss, and my own reclamation."

What my dance students say

Before M.other, I spent years teaching dance. Here's how my students remember me as a teacher.

"Always caring and making people feel welcome… Your approach created a really safe and warm environment for everyone to join in."
Laura D.Former dance student
"She had a way of making you feel like you could do anything, even when you doubted yourself."
James K.Former dance student
"You appeared in a difficult stage of my life, learning to dance from you helped me in so many ways!"

The honest part

No surprises.
Here's what you're saying yes to.

Time to protect

Two hours each workshop, which means asking for help with the kids. This is your time. For those two hours, you are the priority.

Cameras on

A room where we can all see each other feels safer, for you and for every other woman in it. Messy hair, no makeup and a pile of washing behind you are all welcome.

Some of it will sting

You'll look at things you've been avoiding.

It won't fix everything

No workshop can undo years. It can change where you go from here.

No "yes, but..."

Five kids, solo parenting, no family nearby, a partner who works away. All real. But if you're waiting for them to change before you can feel like yourself again, you'll be waiting a long time. We start with what you can choose today. You.

But you'll leave seeing yourself more clearly, knowing what you actually need, and with one real step you can take straight away.

Your safety

A safe room to
open up

What you share stays private

Breakout rooms are never recorded. The main session is, but anything you share there is never shared anywhere, not even in the replay.

1 month replay

Only the teaching segments go into the replay, and you can rewatch them for a month.

Coaching, not therapy

If you're struggling with your mental health, please speak to your GP, or call PANDA on 1300 726 306.

My promise to you

I will never tell you how to raise your children.

There's no judgement here on the choices you make for your family. Whatever you've chosen, you're welcome in this room.

This is about you, the woman. When you know who you are and what you need, you can make the choices that are right for you, your kids and your family, whatever those choices are.

The M.other Circle

No filter. No judgement. No staying stuck. A private community for women in the middle of matrescence, where we talk about the parts that don't make it to the group chat. If you don't have a village, this is where you can start finding yours: women in the same place as you, wanting a better relationship with themselves in the middle of the chaos of motherhood. It's not a parenting group. It's for you, the woman. Join a workshop and you're in it for good.

Your founding price

Three workshops for $247, instead of $97 each. That's about $82 a workshop, less than a babysitter for one night out.

The process

What happens
after you book

01

Check your inbox

You'll get your confirmation and your invite to the M.other Circle. A few days before each workshop, your Zoom link and workbook arrive, plus the free DISC test before Workshop 1.

02

Answer two private questions

Straight after you pay, you'll land on a short page with two quick questions: how you're going at the moment, and anything you'd like me to know before we meet. Only I see your answers. They help me look after you, and hold the room safely for everyone.

03

Do the DISC test

A free, 15 minute personality test. In Workshop 1 we use it to see how your natural strengths have turned into struggles under the pressure of motherhood. Then put the date in your calendar.

04

Make it your space

Before we start, find a room where you can speak freely, somewhere you could talk about your partner without them in earshot. Make yourself a cup of tea or coffee, warm water with lemon, or a cold glass of water. This is your time to finish a warm drink in peace.

After the series
  • Next year I'm opening an 8 week programme for women who want to go deeper. You'll hear about it first, with full details, dates and pricing, before it goes live to the public.
  • If it's right for you, everyone who attends gets a $97 credit towards it, valid for 7 days from the day it launches.

Questions

Before
you book

I have a baby under one. Is this for me?

If your baby is under one but you also have older children, yes. You've already lived a few years of this, and what we work on will help you hold it all, maybe now more than ever.

If this is your first baby and they're still under one, I'll be honest with you. Those early months are about getting through the day, and that's exactly as it should be. This work needs a little headspace. If it isn't there yet, there's no rush. Follow along on Instagram or the podcast, and come back when the next workshops open.

If you're struggling right now, please talk to your GP or call PANDA on 1300 726 306.

My kids are older. Is this still for me?

Yes. Matrescence doesn't follow a timeline. If you've read this far and felt seen, you belong in the room.

What if I can't make the date?

That's okay, you can still book. You'll get the replay of the teaching and your workbook, so you can do the work in your own time. You'll have a month to watch it, whenever life allows. The breakout rooms aren't recorded, to keep what other mums share private.

Do I have to share in front of everyone?

You'll be invited, never forced. Most sharing happens in small breakout rooms, which feels much easier, and those are never recorded. I do recommend it. So often it's while you're saying it out loud that you find your own answer. The replay only includes the teaching, so the personal stories shared during the live call stay private.

I don't have the time.

Making two uninterrupted hours for yourself is the first step of the work. Asking your partner, your parents or a friend to take the kids is already you reclaiming yourself. Do it once, and the next time gets easier.

Can I just do one workshop?

Of course. Each workshop stands alone, and you can book any of them for $97. The series is simply better value, in cost and in results, and it takes the decision off your plate.

Do I need to do them in order?

They're designed to build: name it, refill, then reclaim. If you can, come to all three in order. If you can only make one, each still stands on its own.

I'm not in Perth. Can I join?

Yes! It's all on Zoom. Each workshop runs 8am to 10am Perth time. That's 11am to 1pm in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Hobart, 10:30am to 12:30pm in Adelaide, 10am to 12pm in Brisbane, 9:30am to 11:30am in Darwin, and 1pm to 3pm in Auckland. Somewhere else? Check the time where you are.
