Workshop 3 of 3 · Who Am I Now?
Mum start finding yourself again and let go of the guilt.
An online coaching workshop for mums who've been everyone's everything for so long, they're not sure who's underneath anymore.
Two hours, live on Zoom · Sunday 29 November, 8am to 10am Perth time (11am to 1pm Sydney)

Can't make it live? You'll get the replay for a month.
I love my kids more than anything. But somewhere along the way, I became everything to everyone else.
If I'm not Mum, who am I?
The question so many of us carry.
Sound familiar? You're not the only one.
Is this you?
You might be here
because...
Someone asks what you're into. The pause goes on way too long, and you blurt out a hobby you don't actually have.
You feel guilty about things you couldn't have changed anyway.
You carry everything, and still feel like you're not doing enough.
You miss who you were, but you're not sure she'd fit in your life anymore.
You've been "Mum" for so long, you're not sure who's underneath.
So you keep going. You hold it all together, and tell yourself you'll find time for you later. But later never comes. Every season asks more of you, and “later” quietly turns into “when they’ve left home.”
A working session, not a webinar
What you'll
walk away with
You won't just listen. Short teaching, solo reflection, then small breakout rooms, so you're never put on the spot.
In this session
- You get to put down the guilt. Feel the relief of finally knowing which weights were never yours to carry. Less guilt, more energy, and a quieter mind for the things that actually matter.
- You get to lighten the load. Whether you have a village or you are the village, you'll leave with a load that feels lighter and actually fits your real life. Without it becoming one more thing to manage.
- You get to know what matters to you now. A clear sense of who you are today and who you want to grow into, not who you were before, or who everyone needs you to be. Your own compass for where your time and energy go.
- You get to take your first step back to yourself. You'll leave knowing exactly what you're doing this week, just for you, and why it matters.
"I'm letting go of ___, and this week I'll ___."
You'll fill in the blanks yourself before we close. One weight you finally put down, and one real step back to you.
What nobody told you
You haven't lost yourself.
You've been carrying too much.
"Once things calm down, I'll get back to me."
When the kids are older, when work settles, when there's time. Until then, everyone else comes first.
- Carry guilt for things you can't change
- Keep waiting for the old you to come back
- Put yourself last, and call it being a good mum
- They're only little for such a short time. You can't get those years back, so give them everything
Choose who you are now.
You don't need to go back to who you were. You get to decide what comes with you, starting with what's actually yours to carry.
- Some of what you carry was never yours to fix
- Your values have grown with you, not disappeared
- Small steps you choose matter more than big plans
- They're only little for a short time, so let them look up to a mum who's proud of who she is, every day
Not back to who you were. Forward, on purpose.
Your facilitator
I've been
where you are.
Founder and facilitator
Audrey Isautier
For fourteen years I was a professional competitive dancer. I won world titles, and danced and taught in more than 47 countries. Strong, fast, in control. That was me.
Then I became a mother, and that woman disappeared so quietly I didn't notice she was gone. I was sure I was failing, at motherhood, at marriage, at being me.
Finding my way back didn't mean going back. It meant choosing, piece by piece, what was mine to carry and what mattered to me now. I built this workshop to help you take your first steps, without waiting years like I did.
"This is who I trusted myself to be, before any of this. I've lived my own identity loss, and my own reclamation."
What my dance students say
Before M.other, I spent years teaching dance. Here's how my students remember me as a teacher.
"Always caring and making people feel welcome… Your approach created a really safe and warm environment for everyone to join in."
"She had a way of making you feel like you could do anything, even when you doubted yourself."
"You appeared in a difficult stage of my life, learning to dance from you helped me in so many ways!"
As seen in
"When you don't know you're in a transition, every symptom looks like proof there's something wrong with you."Read my full story on Mamamia
The honest part
No surprises.
Here's what you're saying yes to.
Time to protect
Two hours each workshop, which means asking for help with the kids. This is your time. For those two hours, you are the priority.
Cameras on
A room where we can all see each other feels safer, for you and for every other woman in it. Messy hair, no makeup and a pile of washing behind you are all welcome.
Some of it will sting
You'll look at things you've been avoiding.
It won't fix everything
No workshop can undo years. It can change where you go from here.
No "yes, but..."
Five kids, solo parenting, no family nearby, a partner who works away. All real. But if you're waiting for them to change before you can feel like yourself again, you'll be waiting a long time. We start with what you can choose today. You.
But you'll leave seeing yourself more clearly, knowing what you actually need, and with one real step you can take straight away.
Your safety
A safe room to
open up
What you share stays private
Breakout rooms are never recorded. The main session is, but anything you share there is never shared anywhere, not even in the replay.
1 month replay
Only the teaching segments go into the replay, and you can rewatch them for a month.
Coaching, not therapy
If you're struggling with your mental health, please speak to your GP, or call PANDA on 1300 726 306.
I will never tell you how to raise your children.
There's no judgement here on the choices you make for your family. Whatever you've chosen, you're welcome in this room.
This is about you, the woman. When you know who you are and what you need, you can make the choices that are right for you, your kids and your family, whatever those choices are.

The M.other Circle
No filter. No judgement. No staying stuck. A private community for women in the middle of matrescence, where we talk about the parts that don't make it to the group chat. If you don't have a village, this is where you can start finding yours: women in the same place as you, wanting a better relationship with themselves in the middle of the chaos of motherhood. It's not a parenting group. It's for you, the woman. Join a workshop and you're in it for good.

The process
What happens
after you book
Check your inbox
You'll get your confirmation and your invite to the M.other Circle. A few days before each workshop, your Zoom link and workbook arrive.
Answer two private questions
Straight after you pay, you'll land on a short page with two quick questions: how you're going at the moment, and anything you'd like me to know before we meet. Only I see your answers. They help me look after you, and hold the room safely for everyone.
Come as you are
Bring a notebook and a pen, and an open mind about who you are now. Then put the date in your calendar.
Make it your space
Before we start, find a room where you can speak freely, somewhere you could talk about your partner without them in earshot. Make yourself a cup of tea or coffee, warm water with lemon, or a cold glass of water. This is your time to finish a warm drink in peace.
- Next year I'm opening an 8 week programme for women who want to go deeper. You'll hear about it first, with full details, dates and pricing, before it goes live to the public.
- If it's right for you, everyone who attends gets a $97 credit towards it, valid for 7 days from the day it launches.
Questions
Before
you book
I have a baby under one. Is this for me?
If your baby is under one but you also have older children, yes. You've already lived a few years of this, and what we work on will help you hold it all, maybe now more than ever.
If this is your first baby and they're still under one, I'll be honest with you. Those early months are about getting through the day, and that's exactly as it should be. This work needs a little headspace. If it isn't there yet, there's no rush. Follow along on Instagram or the podcast, and come back when the next workshops open.
If you're struggling right now, please talk to your GP or call PANDA on 1300 726 306.
My kids are older. Is this still for me?
Yes. Matrescence doesn't follow a timeline. If you've read this far and felt seen, you belong in the room.
What if I can't make the date?
That's okay, you can still book. You'll get the replay of the teaching and your workbook, so you can do the work in your own time. You'll have a month to watch it, whenever life allows. The breakout rooms aren't recorded, to keep what other mums share private.
Do I have to share in front of everyone?
You'll be invited, never forced. Most sharing happens in small breakout rooms, which feels much easier, and those are never recorded. I do recommend it. So often it's while you're saying it out loud that you find your own answer. The replay only includes the teaching, so the personal stories shared during the live call stay private.
I don't have two hours.
Making two uninterrupted hours for yourself is the first step of the work. Asking your partner, your parents or a friend to take the kids is already you reclaiming yourself. Do it once, and the next time gets easier.
What if I don't know what I want anymore?
That's exactly why this workshop exists. You don't need to arrive with answers. You'll find them in the room, one honest question at a time.
Can I just do Workshop 3, without 1 and 2?
Of course. Each workshop stands alone, so you don't need to have done the first two. You'll still leave knowing what's yours to carry, what matters to you now, and your first real step back to yourself. The series is simply better value, in cost and in results, and it takes the decision off your plate.
I'm not in Perth. Can I join?
Yes! It's all on Zoom. Each workshop runs 8am to 10am Perth time. That's 11am to 1pm in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Hobart, 10:30am to 12:30pm in Adelaide, 10am to 12pm in Brisbane, 9:30am to 11:30am in Darwin, and 1pm to 3pm in Auckland. Somewhere else? Check the time where you are.
